Just as God released the Israelites from their captivity in Egypt, so God is releasing us from our past, and our own way of doing things, to a whole new way of life. By immersing ourselves in this ancient story we discover a God who not only rescues and saves, but a God who calls and equips his people so that we might become a blessing to the entire world. God is inviting us into a redemptive journey with him.
